Privacy policy
What data the service processes and what happens to it. In short: only what it cannot work without.

1. What is processed
On registration — your email address and password. The password is stored only as an irreversible hash. While using the service — uploaded files, conversion settings, request times, IP address, interface language. On payment — the amount, currency, payment status and its identifier at the payment service. Card details never reach us. When using the VK and Telegram bots — your user id in that messenger. When ordering a drawing — the conversation and the attached files.
2. Why
Email — to sign in and to contact you about orders and payments. IP address and request times — to protect against password guessing and limit evasion. Files — to perform the conversion. We do not send marketing messages without consent. Data is never sold.
3. How long it is kept
Uploaded files and results are deleted automatically within 48 hours at most, large results sooner. The record of the operation is kept longer; the period depends on the plan and is visible in your account. Files attached to a drawing order are kept while the order exists. Retention periods may change and data may be deleted earlier for technical reasons: the service is not a storage facility.
4. Who receives the data
The payment service — the amount, currency and email address needed to issue an invoice. The hosting provider — as far as needed to run the servers. The web analytics service — anonymised information about visits; files and conversation contents never go into analytics. Government authorities — upon request in the manner prescribed by law. We are not responsible for how those services process data on their side: that is governed by their own policies and terms.
5. Data protection
The connection to the site is encrypted, passwords are stored as hashes, the database is not reachable from outside, and files are served only to the owner of the job or via a link containing a secret. That said, absolute protection of information does not exist and we do not warrant it. You transmit data over the internet at your own risk.
6. Your rights
You may request what data about you is stored, correct it, ask for your account to be deleted, or withdraw consent to processing. Requests are sent to the support address. Withdrawing consent means deleting the account: without processing your email and history the service cannot technically be provided.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The site stores an authorisation token and a guest identifier in your browser — without them you cannot stay signed in and free limits cannot be counted. They cannot be turned off while continuing to use the service. The web analytics counter uses its own cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be changed at any time by publishing a new version on this page. By continuing to use the service you accept the current version.
