90 is virtually lossless, 70 is noticeably lighter. For photos 80 is usually enough.
Files are deleted automatically according to your plan's retention period.
PNG stores an image losslessly, which makes screenshots and editor exports heavy. For photos and pictures with smooth gradients that is overkill: at quality 85 a JPG looks the same but weighs several times less. Transparency is lost in the process — transparent areas are filled with white, that is how the format works.

We also make DXF for laser cutting
Our main tool turns a picture into contours: upload a logo or a silhouette, set the size in millimetres and get a DXF that goes straight to a laser or plasma machine. CUT layer, closed polylines, units in millimetres.
Frequently asked questions
- How much smaller will the file be?
- Usually 3–10 times, depending on the picture. Screenshots and photos shrink the most; graphics with large flat areas shrink less.
- What happens to a transparent background?
- It becomes white: JPG does not support transparency. Keep PNG or choose WEBP if you need the background preserved.
- When is PNG still the better choice?
- For logos, screenshots with text and any graphics with sharp edges: JPG leaves a visible halo around such lines.
