Output format

90 is virtually lossless, 70 is noticeably lighter. For photos 80 is usually enough.

Size

Files are deleted automatically according to your plan's retention period.

HEIC is the format an iPhone shoots in by default. It saves space on the phone, but Windows will not open it without an extra package, and many websites and print shops do not accept it. Converting to JPG fixes that in a second: the image stays the same, only the container changes. If you need to email the photo or upload it somewhere, you can also drop the quality to 80 and fit the picture into the size you need.

Common conversions

PNG / JPG → DXF

We also make DXF for laser cutting

Our main tool turns a picture into contours: upload a logo or a silhouette, set the size in millimetres and get a DXF that goes straight to a laser or plasma machine. CUT layer, closed polylines, units in millimetres.

Frequently asked questions

Why does HEIC not open on my computer?
Windows and older editors cannot read HEIC without a separate extension from Apple. JPG is understood by every program and website, so it is easier to convert the file once.
Will quality be lost?
At quality 90 the difference is invisible. For printing keep 95–100; for email and messengers 80 is plenty.
Can I convert many photos?
Without an account a few conversions a day are available, a free sign-up raises the limit, and paid plans have no limit.
